My experience in Norway has been both insightful and enjoyable. As an international relations student focusing on sustainability, energy justice, and energy transition, studying at NTNU has deepened my understanding of the challenges we are facing today, especially regarding climate change and how we can effectively address and adapt to these issues. Norway, as one of the leading countries in energy transition, provides valuable lessons from its government and society that we can adopt, with some adjustments based on Indonesia’s context. This opportunity has also allowed me to connect with many international friends from diverse backgrounds, opening my eyes to our unique differences and similarities. There have also been various engaging events where I met wonderful and warm people who make me feel at home in the chilly Norwegian weather. This program has been truly rewarding, and I look forward to applying what I’ve learned in the future.
