Sabrina Scherzer is a researcher at the Geography Research Unit at the University of Oulu. Her current research focuses on the information-to-action nexus of transparency initiatives in the field of natural resource management. Sabrina is about to complete her PhD in Geography at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her PhD research focused on the quantitative assessment of community resilience to natural hazards. She holds two master’s degrees, one in Development Finance from the University of Reading and one in International Development from the University of Bath in the UK.
